Returns/Exchanges
We will refund or exchange your item for uptown 30 days from the original purchase date. After that, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges.
For a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in like new condition. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).

You are responsible for return shipping to us and shipping back to you. We may choose to waive shipping fees in certain situations.
We are not responsible for items lost in shipment back to us, if the item is over $50, please us an insurable an trackable shipping method.
