Frequently Asked Questions
Questions we answer most often about ordering Radical parts. If yours is not here, email shop@crownconceptsusa.com or call +1 (520) 900-7586.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship within the United States as standard. Standard parcels go to all 50 states, and oversized or freight items ship to the lower 48 by arrangement. If you are outside the US, contact us and we will quote shipping for your order.
How quickly will my order ship?
Items held in stock normally leave our shop in Tucson, Arizona within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays. You will get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.
Why does a part say Price on request instead of showing a price?
The part is real and orderable, but it is priced on quote rather than listed. Contact us with the part number and we will confirm the price and the lead time before anything is charged.
Why can I not add a large part to my cart?
Large items such as bodywork, noses, splitters, engine covers, engines and gearboxes cannot ship as normal parcels. They are professionally crated and shipped by freight, and quoted individually before anything is charged, so the site asks you to contact us instead of checking out. Freight deliveries are curbside with liftgate unless otherwise arranged, and need a street address rather than a PO box.
What does Available to order mean?
The part is not on our shelf but can be sourced, typically from Radical Motorsport in the UK. Lead times vary by part and are confirmed with your order, but are usually 2 to 4 weeks. We will keep you updated if a lead time changes.
How do I find a part by its number?
Type the number into the search box at the top of any page. Radical numbers such as 7M05/008 work with or without the slash, and our RAD- and CRW- prefixes work too. Searching the descriptive name also works. There is a fuller guide to Radical part numbers, and the parts index lets you work down from the area of the car.
What do the suffixes like /C1 and /G3 mean?
They tell you the material or finish. A /C suffix is carbon fibre. A /G suffix is gel coat, with the digit giving the colour: /G1 is white, /G2 is grey and /G3 is black. The same moulding can appear as several listings that differ only in the suffix, so check it before ordering bodywork, because the finish cannot be changed afterwards.
My part number does not match anything. What now?
Radical supersedes parts over time, so a number from older paperwork may have been replaced. The part may also exist but not be listed online, or it may be a sub-component of a larger assembly. We can order most of the factory catalogue whether or not it appears on the site. Send us the number with your model and chassis number and we will trace it.
Why do some products show a line drawing instead of a photograph?
Much of the Radical catalogue is illustrated with the factory exploded-view drawings rather than studio photography. The drawing is the same one the factory uses to identify that part, so it is accurate for identification. If you want to see the actual item before ordering, ask and we will send a photo.
Can I return a part?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Get a return authorisation from us first, then send the item back uninstalled, unused, free of marks or fluid, and in its original packaging with all hardware and documentation. Test fitting is fine; a part that has been run, heat cycled, drilled or painted is not returnable. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Return shipping is yours to arrange unless we shipped the wrong item or the part is faulty. Full detail is in our refund policy.
Are these genuine Radical parts?
Yes. Crown is an authorized Radical Motorsport dealer and the catalogue is the factory parts catalogue. We also make some parts in house, listed under Crown parts and carrying a CRW- prefix, and we stock a small number of third party items grouped under other parts.
