1. Who you are buying from

These terms apply to every order placed through crownspeedshop.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Parts sold for competition use

Everything we sell is intended for motorsport and off-highway competition use. It is not legal for sale or use on public roads, is not emissions compliant, and carries no highway-use warranty. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any series you compete in, and with the law wherever you use the part.

3. Fitment is yours to confirm

Radical specifications change between models, generations, and individual chassis. We publish the fitment we know, and we would much rather check a part against your chassis number before you order than after. But the final decision that a part is correct and safe for your car and your intended use is yours.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we accept it, which happens when we confirm it or ship it, not when you receive the automated order-received email.

We may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, if the part is no longer produced, if the price or description was wrong, if we cannot verify your payment or delivery details, or if we believe the order is fraudulent.

5. Prices, errors, and taxes

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and tax unless stated. Prices move with manufacturer pricing and exchange rates, and can change without notice. Sales tax is applied at checkout where it applies.

Some parts are shown as price on request, and some as quoted freight. Those are priced individually and confirmed with you before anything is charged.

If a price or description is obviously wrong, we will contact you before processing the order rather than either honouring or silently cancelling it.

6. Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Special orders and quoted items are charged when the order is confirmed with you.

7. Lead times, sourcing, and delivery

Some parts ship from our shop, and some are ordered for you from Radical Motorsport or another supplier. We tell you which when you order, and we give you the lead time we have been given. Lead times are estimates. We will tell you promptly if one changes, and you may cancel a sourced order that has not yet been placed with the manufacturer.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the shipment is handed to the carrier. Delivery dates from carriers are estimates and we are not liable for carrier delay.

Oversized and crated items ship by freight, quoted individually. Inspect the crate before signing the delivery receipt and note any damage on the receipt, or refuse the delivery. Signing free and clear ends our ability to claim against the carrier for you. Full detail is in our Shipping policy.

8. Warranty

Parts carry the warranty their manufacturer offers, and we will help you make a claim. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, parts are sold as is, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Competition parts are consumable. Wear, heat cycling, fatigue, and damage arising from track use, from a crash, from incorrect installation, from modification, or from use outside the manufacturer's specification are not defects and are not covered.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crown Concepts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of use, loss of a race entry, loss of testing time, towing, travel, or damage to a vehicle. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the part the claim concerns.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Assumption of risk

Motorsport is dangerous. Preparing, testing, and racing a car carries risk of serious injury and death, and no part we sell removes that risk. You accept that risk when you use these parts.

11. Returns

Returns are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think it has been used without your permission.

13. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photographs, catalogue drawings, and the Crown marks — belongs to Crown Concepts or its licensors, and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. Manufacturer part names and numbers are used to identify what a part fits and remain the property of their owners.

14. Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy policy.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and the courts of Pima County, Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
